Identified - Due to an email system migration, emails being sent to support@revcaster.com are not getting forwarded to our support application and not creating a ticket.

Until this is resolved, customers can send their emails to support@revcaster.zendesk.com instead. We hope to have this resolved very soon.

We have identified an issue that prevented alerts and emails from being generated. All rate shopping was completed on schedule though, and we have made an update so that alerts and emails are processing again. Thank you for your patience as we worked on this.
